On Novemver 22nd 2024, TARGETED ANONYMOUS was born.

A T.I. or Targeted Individual is an innocent person placed into a 24/7 program of torturous psychological and often physical warfare tactics that include:

GANGSTALKING: (Obsessive community mobbing and organized/staged harassment) illegal surveillance to conduct group following and carefully executed psychological and physical assaults. This includes personalized staged incidents, street theater, harassment, sensitization (exposing a TI to repeated noises, colors, actions) designed to gaslight, agitate, allude to the following and induce negative emotional responses.

SLANDER CAMPAIGNS: An intentional, premeditated effort to undermine an individual's reputation, credibility, and character. Usually through community gossip, lies, manipulation, etc. 

ELECTRONIC HARASSMENT: (The attacks/weapons in Moscow and Cuba U.S. embassy ailments) Radiofrequency/microwave assaults by directed energy weapon or DEW attacks (see Watterson vs. Aro) that physically assault the victim's body (ex. tinnitus, vibrating/pulsating/shocking/burning body sensations, mental manipulation). 

This is Government implemented; community attributed. It leaves the victim isolated, in financial ruins, debilitated from functioning in a normal life environment. TARGETED INDIVIDUALS are commonly threatened with death and are silently being killed.
